Carol Solanaz is a Brazilian-certified Psychoanalyst, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and Lymphatic Drainage Specialist who helps high-performing professionals release inflammation, reconnect with their bodies, and find emotional clarity.

Raised in Brazil by her grandmother, Carol learned early that food is medicine, picking herbs from the garden to create natural remedies. Seeing her mother experience the benefits of lymphatic drainage taught her that feeling beautiful isn’t vanity, it’s vitality.

Her path has taken her from studying Ayurveda in India to training in psychosomatic therapy, and from eight years in New York’s wellness scene, co-founding Santulua and treating clients like Nicky Hilton, to her current practice in Miami, collaborating with leaders like Francisco Costa and Boa Vida Wellness.
